HEADS by volu-med (“HEADS”, “we”) operates the HEADS studios and websites in the Philippines. For any privacy matter, contact us at bookings@heads.ph or at our studio address below.
Our websites are informational. We do not require accounts and we do not run advertising trackers. We process personal data only when you choose to contact or book with us — typically your name, phone number, e-mail address and the details you share about the service you are interested in (via WhatsApp, phone, SMS, e-mail or in person). Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of access) for security and operation of the site.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide our services, and keep records required for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run our business (for example messaging, e-mail and hosting providers) or where the law requires it.
Our pages do not set marketing cookies. Some pages embed third-party services — for example Google Maps (to show our location) and WhatsApp links. When you interact with these, the respective provider (e.g. Google or Meta) may process technical data and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Philippine law, then delete or anonymise it.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and update your data, to object to or withdraw consent for its processing, to request deletion or blocking, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail bookings@heads.ph. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
